The profile and name of your child can be the icon and text for the whole picture book. More pleasures will be added for your reading by making your child the hero or heroine in the book.
No return is acceptable if the personalized picture book has no quality problem. Non-quality problems refer to
1) fuzzy printing, discoloring, or darkness due to the poor quality of any uploaded picture.
2) Any mistake due to the customer’s placement.
Please contact our customer service within 7 days after the reception in case any defect is found. We will remake a picture book for free after the defect is verified.

We use SF Express for customers in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macau, and the delivery may take 1 ~ 3 days.
