What file formats do I receive?

Digital downloads include high-resolution JPG and PNG files, suitable for printing up to poster size. We provide multiple sizes so you can print at any dimension.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Digital downloads are available worldwide instantly. Canvas and poster prints ship to most countries. Shipping costs vary by destination.

What currencies do you accept?

What kind of photo should I send?

For the best results, please send:

A clear, well-lit photo

Can I include multiple people or pets?

Absolutely! We offer family portraits and couple portraits. Each additional person/pet may have a small additional fee. You can send separate photos and we'll combine them into one portrait.

How accurate will the portrait look?

We pride ourselves on capturing accurate likeness and personality. Our artists ensure facial features, expressions, and unique characteristics are preserved while adding the magical artistic style.

🔄 Revisions & Refunds

Can I request changes to my portrait?

Yes! We offer unlimited free revisions. If you'd like any adjustments to the portrait, just let us know and we'll make changes until you're completely satisfied.

What if I'm not happy with the result?

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If after revisions you're still not happy, we'll provide a full refund. No questions asked.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order for a full refund before we begin working on your portrait. Once work has started, we'll complete the portrait and you can request revisions instead.

What size can I print the digital file?

Our digital files are high-resolution and can be printed at sizes up to 24x36 inches (60x90 cm) without quality loss. We include a printing guide with recommended sizes.

What canvas options do you offer?

Our canvas prints are museum-quality stretched canvas on a wooden frame, ready to hang. Available sizes include 8x10, 11x14, 16x20, 18x24, and 24x36 inches.

Do you offer framing?

We currently offer stretched canvas prints (no frame needed) and poster prints (unframed). For digital downloads, we recommend your local frame shop for a perfect custom fit.
