1. How to place an order?

• Add your order to shopping cart for payment;
• After the payment, log on the editing system to upload your picture;
• We will schedule your order, and the lead time is about 10 ~ 15 work days;
• We will contact you by email before the shipment.

 

2. Which parts can be personalized on the book?
  The profile and name of your child can be the icon and text for the whole picture book. More pleasures will be added for your reading by making your child the hero or heroine in the book.

3. How to return the picture book?
Non-quality problems refer to fuzzy printing, discoloring, or darkness due to the poor quality of any uploaded picture.
1) No return is acceptable if the personalized picture book has no quality problem.
2) Any mistake due to the customer’s placement.
    
Please contact our customer service within 7 days after the reception in case any defect is found. We will remake a picture book for free after the defect is verified.

4. How long will I wait before receiving the order? How will it be delivered?
The lead time is about 10 ~ 15 work days, and the delivery time may vary from region to region.
We use SF Express for customers in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macau, and the delivery may take 1 ~ 3 days.
We use e-Express for customers in other regions. Online tracking is available, and the delivery may take 7 ~ 14 days.

Our picture books are delivered worldwide.
