Returns
As all orders are personalized and one of a kind, we do not accept returns. We do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with your item once received, we will redo and replace the item free of charge.
Yes! We send all customers a free preview of their artwork once it's ready. You can then request edits as many times as you like. We print once you're happy with your art.
We check the photos we receive. Usually the photo is perfectly fine. If there's a problem we'll email you and explain the issue, and request some new photos via email.
Photos that work best are clear, close-up photo.
If you don't like your custom artwork we will edit it as per your requests. We print once you tell us you're happy.
